- Orders are subject to approval by Tecnocomponent S.r.l;
- The signatory authorizes the processing of personal data solely for the purposes set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
- The goods travel at the risk of the customer, even if free at destination;
- After 8 days from receipt of the goods, it will no longer be possible to accept complaints;
- The delivery time is always indicative and may undergo variations due to business needs;
- Ownership reserves art. 1524 cc. The goods supplied remain the property of Tecnocomponent S.r.l until the total balance of the price has been received, including interest and expenses;
- Tecnocomponent S.r.l reserves the right to carry out the legal formalities to third parties for opposing the retention of title to third parties;
- Any returns must be previously authorized by us and shipped carriage paid to our Cesena office;
- The returned goods must be accompanied by a transport document showing the details of the purchase document;
- Our warehouse will be forced to reject parcels that do not comply with these procedures to the sender;
- In the event of non-payment within the established terms, the legal default interest will be applied pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2002;
- The order is irrevocable by the customer, subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law;
- For each outstanding bank receipt, a minimum cost reimbursement of 25 Euro will be charged in addition to the bank interest in effect;
- For any dispute, the only place of jurisdiction is Forlì.
Tecnocomponent Srl reserves the right to modify its own production and price list for technical and business reasons. We will promptly communicate any possible changes. However, you are kindly requested to ensure, in advance, that the product of your interest fully corresponds to the one we have supplied.
Return and / or exchange procedure
We offer our customers the opportunity, subject to authorization, to return the goods within 10 working days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, please:
- Fill in the regular transport document with reason “RESO” with specific reference to our d.d.t.
- Check that the return is intact and includes all its components before packing it in its container. In the event that the product has been picked up directly in the company or the original packaging is not available, it is up to the customer to pack it in such a way as to guarantee its safety and integrity. The product must reach the company in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
- When the goods are ready and only after having sent the accounting document, communicating the address where the goods are located and indicating a reference telephone number, there are two possibilities:
- K-Well Tecnocomponent will take action to organize collection through its contracted courier, charging the cost to the customer – which will be reversed, in the event of goods exchange, from the total amount;
- The customer will deal in full and autonomously with organizing the transport with destination:

- In any case, the returned product travels under the responsibility of the customer and the reimbursement will take place after the warehouse has verified the perfect conditions.
- Once the goods have been received, K-Well Tecnocomponent will contact the customer to define the details of the goods exchange or refund (the latter, in the case of non-compliant goods or an error attributable to the company).
- The procedure must be activated within 10 working days, after which it will not be possible to accept any complaint.
